Holley-Navarre Fire District issues a wide range of permits including building permits, zoning permits, and special event permits. Please visit our Inspections and Permits page for a detailed list.
You can apply for a permit through our website by filling out our online application form. You can also visit our office at Station 45 to apply in person.
The processing time varies depending on the type of permit you are applying for. Please refer to the specific permit page for more information.
As they are a part of a firefighter's uniform, the HNFD does not give away, sell, or trade. They will trade patches with other departments. Occasionally, the local union 4695 will have t-shirts for sale.

Please visit the Knox Box website to purchase a unit. Type Holley-Navarre Fire District in the local agency box. and choose either business or residence for the correct model. Once installed, please contact Fire Prevention at 850-939-5236 or email at inspector@hnfd.org to schedule a Fire Inspector to lock the box.

If you are concerned about an active burn pile, please contact the NON-Emergency dispatch line at 850-939-5236 while the fire is burning. We cannot do anything after the fire has been put out. A unit may be dispatched to investigate if considered a nuisance.
YES! Firefighters will assist in rescuing animals. Please call 911 if an animal is endangering a person and the NON-Emergency dispatch line 850-939-5236 if there is an animal in distress.

Through a partnership with the American Red Cross, the HNFD is proud to offer a free smoke alarm program for homes located in our district. Call us at Station 45 850-939-5236 to request smoke alarms.
Individuals and small family groups (no more than 8 people) are welcome to visit any of our Stations, any day between the hours of 9am and 3pm, preferably avoiding mealtimes. Larger groups must be scheduled in advance by emailing Admin17@hnfd.org or calling 850-939-5236.

Fire Stations are staffed by certified firefighters 24/7. If you stop at a station and no one answers the door, the crew may be on training, exercising, or responding to a call. Fire Administration located at Station 45, is open Monday through Friday from 8m to 4 pm, excluding National Holidays.
YES! If you would like to provide a meal for a specific Station, please contact HNFD Administration at 850-939-5236 to make arrangements.
Please note, while we appreciate the time and effort and care put into homemade goods, only restaurant or store-bought times are able to be accepted.
NO. The HNFD does not accept used items. All donated items must be in new conditions with tags still attached.
NO. The HNFD does not fill swimming pools. There are commercial company options avails.
If you refill your pool using water from your home, be sure to request an adjustment from your water company FIRST!
